Company: The San Diego Service Authority for Freeway Emergencies (SAFE), Mobile Call Box program is a publicly funded and supported program through the cooperation of the cities within San Diego as well as San Diego County that allows motorists to receive roadside assistance on San Diego freeways and highways by dialing 5-1-1 from their mobile phones. The Mobile Call Box program launched in February 2007.
