Rachel Neppes is vice president of BERKMAN, responsible for directing and managing integrated marketing and public relations programs for a variety of client accounts within the professional services, technology, healthcare, and consumer products sectors. In this role, she is also highly instrumental in business development activities for the firm.
A professional with more than 15 years of combined in-house and agency experience, Neppes brings to BERKMAN significant knowledge and expertise in the areas of public relations, strategic communications, Internet marketing, and social media.
During her career, she has managed and implemented a number of highly successful marketing communications and public relations programs for companies, including Human Touch, Luce, Forward, Hamilton & Scripps, SANYO North America, Data On Call (a subsidiary of j2 Global Communications), Aventis Life Sciences (formerly Rhone Poulenc Ag), Eastman Chemical Company, and Minwax Company.
Neppes is the recipient of several awards for excellence in communications and public relations, including three Edward L. Bernays awards from the Public Relations Society of America.
She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in communications/journalism from Hofstra University.
