Kristi Angevine joined BERKMAN in spring 2007. As an account supervisor and media specialist, she manages a variety of clients in the professional services, hospitality and high-tech arenas.

Before joining BERKMAN, Angevine served as a TV reporter for XETV-Fox 6 news team in San Diego. In this role, Angevine reported on a wide range of breaking news stories, including largest immigration march in San Diego's history and the City Hall corruption trial.

In 2003, Angevine was a general assignment reporter for WTVM News Leader 9 and FOX 54’s One Hour Earlier based in Columbus, Ga. She coverage military affairs at Fort Benning, Election 2004 and four devastating hurricanes that sweep through Alabama and Florida.

 


Angevine began her television career at a north Georgia cable station in 2002 immediately after completing her master's degree in broadcast journalism at American University, where she was a Merit Award Scholarship Recipient.

Before moving to reporting news, Angevine worked in public relations for three of the world’s leading news organizations: BBC, CNN and FOX News.  Her experience includes serving as publicist and spokesperson for the respective groups during such events as the presidential election of 2000, the 2001 AOL-Time Warner merger and the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks.

Originally from Atlanta, Ga., Kristi began her career after earning her bachelor’s degree in political science at the University of Georgia.  She currently lives in Carmel Valley with her husband.
